UNIFORM SHOP RETURNS POLICY

This policy applies to all purchases made at the Uniform Shop.

Proof of purchase

Please note that all returns, refunds or exchanges must be accompanied by a valid Uniform Shop sales receipt.

Faulty goods

If an item you have purchased is faulty, Regents Park Christian School will:

1. Provide you with an exchange immediately provided the items have not been worn, washed or used in any way.

OR
2. In the event an item is worn/washed/used, send the item back to the supplier for a decision regarding the fault. It is the supplier’s discretion to decide if the goods are to be repaired or replaced.

All items of clothing that have been worn must be washed prior to return. The supplier will not inspect/repair soiled clothing.

Other returns
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, Regents Park Christian School will be pleased to offer you a refund or exchange provided that:

1. Satisfactory proof of purchase has been produced;

and
2. The item is in a saleable condition (i.e. the original tags and labels are still attached, the item is in its original packaging (if any), and the item is unworn, unused and as sold );

and
3. The item is returned within 30 days of purchase

If you are unable to provide satisfactory proof of purchase, Regents Park Christian School may exercise discretion and provide you with an exchange for the established purchase price of the item, provided that:
1. The item is in a saleable condition (i.e. the original tags and labels are still attached, the item is in its original packaging (if any), and the item is unworn, unused and as sold);

and
2. we can establish that the item was originally purchased from Regents Park Christian School;

and
3. Satisfactory photographic identification (e.g. current driver’s license) is presented at the time of the return.

In the circumstance where you are unable to exchange an item, subject to authorisation from the Uniform Shop Manager, Regents Park Christian School may exercise discretion and provide you with a credit for the established purchase price of the item.

Consumer guarantees

All customers are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items purchased from Regents Park Christian School. In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if the item has a major failure, you may return the item and seek a refund or exchange, or you may choose to keep the item and Regents Park Christian School will compensate you for any drop in the value of the item.
